AACCES ART SHOW

  • The Space 1384 Jadwin Avenue Richland, WA, 99354 United States (map)

The African American Community, Cultural, and Educational Society (AACCES), in partnership with DrewBoy Creative, invites you to our art show at The Space, 1384 Jadwin Ave, Richland, WA, 4 pm - 8pm, Fridays, through February 11.

This show will feature an incredible group of artists who have created work to highlight African American contributions through culture, community, and education to the Tri-Cities and Pacific Northwest.

Artwork that was most representative of the African American experience in the Pacific Northwest was given preference in the selection process. The majority of the artists in the show identify as African American. However, the goal of the AACCES art selection committee was to allow artists of diverse backgrounds to participate and accepted as many artists as possible.

This show is in honor of the late Robin Mitchell, a long time champion of the arts and pillar of leadership and light in our community.

As always, entry is free, but if you have the ability give we accept donations at the door.

The art show is proudly sponsored by the Group Health Foundation, &yet, Fidélitas, Numerica Credit Union, and Emma & Jon Barnes. With additional support by Arts WA, The National Endowment for the Arts and Onyx Fine Art Collective.
